Oatmeal cookies

½ cup butter

½ cup sugar

½ cup brown sugar

1 egg

½ teaspoon vanilla

1 cup flour + 3 tablespoons

½ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

¾ cups oatmeal

1. Preaheat oven at 190°C / 375°F

2. Mix butter till smooth, slowly add the sugar and brown sugar, mix till creamy

3. Add egg and beat lightly, add vanilla and stir in

4. In a separate bowl add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, stir till blended

5. Add dry ingredients to mix stir till doughy

6. Add 3 spoons of flour and add oatmeal and mix really good

7. drop by teaspoon full on to baking sheet

8. put into oven heated 190°C / 375°F bake for 7-8 minutes

Makes about 30 cookies
